Additive - Beer Yeast
Yeasts always need sugar for their growth. Out of sugar they mainly produce alcohol and carbon dioxide. Moreover, they provide a pleasant aroma. These aroma components play an important role in the final taste of the product. Beer yeast is rich in vitamins (B12), minerals, proteins, (unsaturated) fatty acids and trace elements. It has a strong fermentation odour. A tremendous trigger.
